Call for 2011 KWSC AGM and Elections for Board of Directors
Dear Members,
The 2011 KWSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 6:30 PM at the Ongwanada Resource Centre. The Agenda and Minutes of the last AGM will be posted later this week.
The following Executive Director positions will be up for Election at this year's AGM :
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Scheduler/Statistician
- Disciplinary Chair
- Secretary
Members wishing to nominate candidates for any of these positions are asked to email the KWSC Secretary (vharrismcallister@sympatico.ca) no later than Friday, November 18, 2011.
Team representatives who are not able to attend the AGM and wish to use a proxy vote for the Elections are asked to notify the KWSC Secretary (vharrismcallister@sympatico.ca) no later than Friday, November 18, 2011 with the name (and team name) of the individual who will be voting in your place. Proxy votes will not be granted after this date or at the AGM.
Any member wishing to add anything to the Agenda are asked to notify the KWSC Secretary (vharrismcallister@sympatico.ca) no later than Friday, November 18, 2011.
