REMINDER: COLLECTION NIGHT for TEAMS
We will be holding collection nights at the following dates/times/locations to allow teams to pay any outstanding balances owed to KWSC:
• Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Soccer Dome
• Thursday, February 24th, 2011 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Soccer Dome
• Monday, February 28th, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the SOSA Office
If you are not able to attend one of these three sessions, please remit payment by either:
1. Contacting Brenda Hildebrandt and Brenda Corcoran at email@example.com to arrange an alternate arrangement, OR
2. Remit payment to KWSC through your Banking Institution's Email Transfer of funds. Please list the recipient of the email transfer as firstname.lastname@example.org and record in the message section of the email transfer your team's name and contact person in order to ensure that the proper team is credited. Most banking institutions require their clients to list a question and answer for the receiving party to accept the funds. Please email the answer to your question directly to our treasurers, Brenda Hildebrandt and Brenda Corcoran, at email@example.com in order to allow them the ability to accept the payment. Once payment has been received and accepted, you will receive an email notification from the treasurers notifying you that your payment was accepted.
As a reminder, teams must be paid in full by March 7, 2011.
